Bulgaria, not to be confused with Bolivia, which is in South Ameria. Bulgaria is in Eastern Europe, more specifically the Balkans.
Bulgaria borders the Black Sea. The central area of the country is dominated by the Thracian Plain. The northern and the western parts of the country are dominated by the Balkan Mountains.
It is a beautiful country with friendly, hospitable people.
The people of Bulgaria speak Bulgarian, which is a Slavic language. It is similar to Russian and North Macedonian.
The Bulgarian language uses what is called the Cyrillic Alphabet, which is also used for Russian, Ukrainian, Serbian, and Kazakh.
